Insurance Policy

Please note that we do not currently accept insurance directly. However, we understand that navigating healthcare costs can be overwhelming, so we are here to make the process as smooth as possible.

1. Out-of-Network Reimbursement
   While we are not in-network with insurance providers, we provide detailed, itemized receipts for each therapy session that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Many insurance plans offer out-of-network benefits, which may cover a portion of the cost of therapy.

2. Flexible Payment Options
   To make speech therapy accessible and affordable, we offer flexible payment options. We accept various forms of payment, including credit cards, debit cards, and checks. Payment is due at the time of service, unless otherwise arranged.

3. Superbills
   After each therapy session, we provide you with a superbill, which is an itemized statement of the services provided. This includes the necessary codes for speech therapy services that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

4. HSA/FSA Payments
   We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for payment. You can use these funds for speech therapy services, and many families find this to be a helpful option for covering therapy costs.

   No Surprise Billing

   We are committed to providing transparent billing practices.    Why We Don’t Accept Insurance Directly

   Our decision to not accept insurance directly allows us to focus on providing personalized, high-quality care for your child without the constraints of insurance limitations.    Additional Notes:

   • Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

   • Refunds: If warranted will be credited to the individuals account to be used for future sessions.
